Geremivini became their project to create the best house wines in Italy - to be served at Miriam's restaurant trattoria Piazzetta del Sole in Farnese
The estate consists of two hectares of rented parcels, most in the surrounding area of Farnese and Ischia di Castro with a few other plots in Montefiacone, a commune closer to the the Bolsena Lake.

The wines are made organically, with minimal intervention and a handmade, rustic and honest approach
